At 101 Copenhagen, we strive for perfection in every sculptural piece, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine condition to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original protective internal packaging and outer shipping box to prevent damage to the delicate ceramic or glass surfaces during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or arrange for a tracked courier service to send the package back to our central warehouse in Denmark.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
